I put this piece on an easel in my studio and looked at it for a while. I needed to darken and work the water around the boats, it was too light. Its finally finished and going to be framed tomorrow!

Boats at dock - its finished!
I put this piece on an easel in my studio and looked at it for a while. I needed to darken and work the water around the boats, it was too light. Its finally finished and going to be framed tomorrow!

Beautiful! The light and shadows are fantastic; you can really tell the sun is setting. I also noticed that the image is called "Happy Hour" - a great title!
Glad to see this finished. You have such a knack for handling water. I ecpecially like the shadows under the boats. Nice job.
